Pole Climbs I
3 WEEK COURSE
In this first course of climbs, you will focus on building strength with several new techniques for climbing. You will eliminate any bad habit of running and jumping onto the pole in order to “go up the pole.”
The course includes strength exercises, hip and back flexibility exercises, acrobatic poses and tricks for once you’ve managed to climb onto the pole, plus easy transitions into and out of those acrobatic poses.
This course is for you if:
You are recently new to pole and want to learn how to CLIMB with Nyla
Your goal is to learn from a professional in a semi-private setting
You are new to Violet Flame, and you have some pole experience, and you want to climb with Nyla

Course fee:
$99 per student
This is a complete course and students are expected to attend all sessions in the course. No makeups or refunds. Drop-in package credits are not applicable to this course.
