Week 1:

How to Be Feminine & Why

Masculine and feminine energy & the importance of balanced polarity. What makes a woman sexy? Confidence, poise, self-love, positive self-talk and maintaining a mental diet that is conducive to developing a bold sense of self. This is a discussion session with some light stretching.

Week 2:

Flexibility & Floorwork

Exotic dance floorwork, mat Pilates core exercises, back stretches, and hip opening stretches. Learn how daily stretching can increase circulation and develop a greater sense of body awareness. Get low on the floor and learn sexy siren!


Week 3:

Exotic Dance & Sensual Movement

Rhythm, isolation techniques, posture exercises and how to create fluidity in your movements with hip circles, spine, undulations, shoulder rolls, head & neck rolls, feminine arm & hand movements. Plenty of practice for your homework!


Week 4:

Lap Dance 101

Learn a basic lap dance routine and all of the elements, tricks, tips and techniques for giving a sensual lap dance that not only spices up your love life but develops radical, body acceptance and confidence. This workshop is done barefoot; wear leggings or yoga pants + tank or tee.


Week 5:

ALL ABOUT HEELS: THE Slut Strut & YOUR Shoes

Learn how to walk, stand, dance and fuck in your heels. This class will give you tools and exercises that help you learn how to navigate any floor surface in heels with confidence. Class includes foot, ankle and leg exercises and stretches to maintain healthy feet. No more walking like a drunk baby giraffe.  *Bring heels of any kind and any height. *


Week 6:

The Art of Strip-Tease

The final class of the series will give you a complete Strip-Tease routine using a robe or a men’s button up shirt. Learn how to heighten desire by playfully revealing one body part at a time and how to avoid awkwardness while taking it off.  BRING: Men’s button down oversized shirt.
