POLE DANCE AT VIOLET FLAME

Whether you’re brand new or have been on the pole, we have fun pole classes for you!

Most all our pole classes are on a drop-in basis; you can purchase single classes as well as multi-class packages. Periodically we offer Pole courses; see Bookeo for exact dates and times.


BEGINNER POLE

Thursdays 8:30pm

You can also start with, and continue in BEGINNER POLE on Thursdays @ 8:30pm!

A 75-minute class for beginners, only $45 per class, or 3 for $99.

Pole Fundamentals / BEGINNER

Mondays at 6:00pm

Thursdays at 8:30pm

Saturdays at 12:30pm

Even though the class is titled “Pole Fundamentals”, this class serves all levels. Some of our most advanced Pole Students still attend this class, just for the fun of it, and the strength training that comes with this class.

In these classes you will learn how to get comfy on a static pole, basic turns and spins, as well as Stripper Physics from a professional.

No fear. You CAN start here!

POLE FLOW

Wednesdays 6:00pm

In this class, you will focus on the flow of transitions between tricks, and sensual movement on a static pole.

This drop-in class is for you if:

  • You like a fast-paced pole class

  • Your goal is to learn beautiful fluid transitions on a static pole… safely, from a professional!

  • You have taken Pole Fundamentals classes or Pole Beginner Choreo at Violet Flame

  • You are new to Violet Flame but already have some pole experience

You must have some pole experience and be able to catch on quickly if you are new.

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:45pm

Pole Advanced Choreography

POP UP DATES ONLY

For intermediate & advanced pole dancers

In this drop-in class, you will focus on movement and flow of musicality in pole dance on a static pole.

Different song each class. We take requests!

This drop-in class is for you if:

  • You like a fast-paced pole choreo class

  • Your goal is to learn a different hot pole choreography each week… safely, from a professional!

  • You have been approved by Nyla to attend this class*, after taking minimum of 6 Pole Fundamentals classes

PRE-REQUISITES:

You must have some pole experience and be able to catch on quickly if you are new.

*If you are new to Violet Flame, and you have some pole experience and feel you are an intermediate level, we invite you to attend and give it a try!

Pole Advanced PRACTICE & PLAY

Tuesdays 8:30pm

For intermediate & advanced pole dancers

In this weekly drop-in class, you will focus on the more advanced tricks and transitions and whatever you want to work on with Nyla.

This drop-in class is for you if:

  • You like a fast-paced pole class

  • Your goal is to learn from a professional in a semi-private setting

  • You have been approved by Nyla to attend this class

  • You are new to Violet Flame, and you have some pole experience and feel you are an intermediate level, we invite you to attend

PRE-REQUISITES:

You must have some pole experience and be able to catch on quickly if you are new.

Tuesdays, 8:30-9:45pm

Class fee:

$45 per student, single class

6 class pack $225

Pole CLIMBS COURSE (3 weeks)

For beginner & intermediate pole dancers

In this 3-week course, you will focus on building strength with several new techniques for climbing. You will eliminate any bad habit of running and jumping onto the pole in order to “go up the pole.” 

The course includes strength exercises, hip and back flexibility exercises, acrobatic poses and tricks for once you’ve managed to climb onto the pole, plus easy transitions into and out of those acrobatic poses.

This course is for you if:

  • You are recently new to pole and want to learn how to CLIMB

  • Your goal is to learn from a professional in a semi-private setting

  • You are new to Violet Flame, and you have some pole experience and want to climb with Nyla, we invite you to attend

NEXT SESSION Nov 4, 11, 18

Course fee:

$99 per student

This is a complete course and students are expected to attend all sessions in the course. No makeups or refunds.
